29 CFR 1910.1025(m)(1)(iii): Employers did not include lead in the hazard communication program established to comply with the HCS (� 1910.1200). Employers did not ensure that each employee has access to labels on containers of lead and to safety data sheets, and is trained in accordance with the requirements of HCS and paragraph (l) of this section: a) On or about February 1, 2019 and at times prior thereto and times thereafter, the employer did not include lead in the hazard communication program provided for employee use exposing employees to hazards associated with exposure to lead. b) On or about February 1, 2019 and at times prior thereto and times thereafter, the employer did not ensure that each employee has access to safety data sheets for lead and lead containing materials exposing employees to hazards associated with exposure to lead. c) On or about February 1, 2019 and at times prior thereto and times thereafter, the employer did not ensure that each employee is trained in accordance with the requirements of HCS and paragraph (I) of this section exposing employees to hazards associated with exposure to lead.
