29 CFR 1910.1027(k)(l): All surfaces shall be maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of cadmium. On or about October 10, 2018, jobsite located at 3665 E Industrial Way, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, the employer did not maintain surfaces free of accumulation of Cadmium, exposing employees to Cadmium contaminated surfaces while performing welding and flux tipping operations.
