29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) Church campus of Joan of Arc Catholic Parish at 100 Willow Bend Road, in Marlton, NJ, 08053- Temporary Labor Camp: Employees were exposed to electrical hazards when using the wash facilities when a switch was permanently mounted and did not have a cover plate installed, which occurred on or about 8/21/18. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
