29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2): Where exposed live parts were not deenergized (i.e., for reasons of increased or additional hazards or infeasibility), other safety-related work practices were not used to protect employees who could be exposed to the electrical hazards involved: a) On or about 6/13/2018, In the facility: Employees required to perform diagnostic testing on energized equipment were not utilizing safety related work practices such as, but not limited to recognizing and avoiding electrical hazards, utilizing proper PPE, and following the requirements of NFPA 70E. Abatement certification is required for these items.
