29 CFR 1910.184(e)(3)(ii): Records of the most recent month in which each alloy steel chain sling was thoroughly inspected were not available for examination: a) Atlantic Precast Concrete - On or about March 20, 2018, employees were utilizing steel chain slings to lift concrete forms with overhead cranes and the employer did not maintain records of when the slings were last thoroughly inspected, exposing employees to stuck-by hazards. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
