29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: a) On or about 5/9/2017, At the jobsite: Employees were utilizing an electric wet saw to cut masonry block, that was not provided with a continuous path to ground. b) On or about 5/9/2017, At the jobsite: Employees were utilizing an electric cement mixer on a stairway landing, that was not provided with a continuous path to ground. c) On or about 5/9/2017, At the jobsite: Employees were utilizing a hand held electric blower on the roof, that was not provided with a continuous path to ground.
