29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) On or about February 21, 2017, in building 1, in middle of the wall, the disconnect breaker box did not have legible markings or markings were absent to indicate the breakers purpose. Employees operate equipment, lights and welders in this building. Employees exposed to the delay of turning of electrical equipment and/or turning off the wrong equipment. b) On or about February 21, 2017, in building 1, near the exit door, the disconnect breaker box did not have legible markings or markings were absent to indicate the breakers purpose. Employees operate equipment, lights and welders in this building. Employees exposed to the delay of turning of electrical equipment and/or turning off the wrong equipment. c) On or about February 21, 2017, in building 2, near the garage door, two disconnects that supply electricity to the decoiler machine and the Wynsong shear were not labeled to indicate their purpose when they are remotely removed from equipment. Employees operate equipment, lights and welders in this building. Employees exposed to the delay of turning of electrical equipment and/or turning off the wrong equipment. d) On or about February 21, 2017, in building 2, near the garage door opening, the disconnect breaker box for the shop did not have the breakers identified to indicate the breakers purpose.
