29 CFR 1926.350(f)(7): Hoses, cables, and other equipment shall be kept clear of passageways, ladders and stairs. a. On or about August 4, 2016, located at the former Columbus Municipal Light Plant between the 1st and 2nd floor at the northeastern portion of the building, there was a set of stairs that had an oxygen/propane hose that was ran across its handrail, thereby exposing the employees to a trip/fall hazard.
