29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to the joints or terminal screws: a) Mill building - On July 26, 2016, or at times prior cable used to supply power to the milling machines was not provided strain relief, exposing the cable to damage from the force applied to the cable and not an approved fitting, which exposes employees to electric shock.
