29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about 6/2/2016 at 2434 West Broad Street in Athens, GA: Hazard communication training was not provided where employees were required to work with chemicals that included but were not limited to: Oil, Antifreeze, Brake Away, Zep-BCL HI PH 3618 corrosive/acid, and ALK-14 corrosive/acid as part of their daily duties.
