29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting face piece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: Employees wore respirators to perform different activities throughout the facility and fit tests had not been provided before the employee was required to use the respirator in the workplace, including the following: (a) Employees engaged in aiding the sandblaster wore 3M-7502 half face respirators during sandblasting activities. (b) Employees engaged in sanding for body repair activities wore 3M-7502 half face respirators. (c) Employees engaged in spray painting activities wore 3M full face respirators while applying isocyanate-containing spray paint to vehicles. (d) Employees engaged in torch cutting for vehicle fabrication wore 3M-7502 half face respirators.
