29 CFR 1910.213(h)(2): Radial saw(s) used for ripping were not provided with non-kickback fingers or dogs located on both sides of the saw so as to oppose the trust or tendency of the saw to pick up material or throw it back toward the operator: a) Cabinet Shop; On or about January 22, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed lumber kicking back while ripping grained lumber with an unguarded Craftsman 10" Radial Saw.
