29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), & (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes items (i) and (ii) of this subparagraph: (a) Meat Department: There was no written program for employees using corrosive products such as Spartan Chlorinated degreaser and SANI-T-10, to clean and sanitize the meat department, as determined on September 10, 2013.
