29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(v)(C): Branch circuits may not be laid on the floor: Employees working in the Pen Yard were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that electrical wiring coming from the scale house going to the lift station was laying on the ground. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at the time of inspection. No certification is required.
