29 CFR 1926.403(g): Electrical equipment which was used did not have other markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary: a) Old Lebanon Road, Welch Combined Elementary/Middle School, inside of the training wings of the building, Dover AFB, DE 19902; on or about March 21, 2025, employees were exposed to electrical hazards when electrical panel was installed without any of the required information being posted on them.
