29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about May 21, 2024, employees were manufacturing boats where fire extinguishers were stored on the floor and not identified in the following areas: a) Building 2, a fire extinguisher was on the floor inside the Edge boat painting area. b) Building 2, a fire extinguisher was on the floor in the paint mixing area. c) fire extinguisher was on the floor north of the Aloha spray finishing area adjacent to the Edge duck boat welding area. d) Building 3, a fire extinguisher was on the floor in the upholstery area. e) Building 3, a fire extinguisher was on the floor in the small parts manufacturing area. f) Building 4, a fire extinguisher was on the floor in the Aloha deck assembly area on the south side of a roller shutter door. g) Building 4, a fire extinguisher was on the floor on the north side of the roller shutter door h) Building 4, a fire extinguisher was on the floor in the southern bay
