29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a)TM Industries, LLC at 24211 412th Avenue, Artesian, SD 57314: On or about and at times prior to December 13, 2023, the Powermatic Houdaille 10" table saw in the trailer assembly area was not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood. This condition exposed the employees to an amputation hazard. (b)TM Industries, LLC at 24211 412th Avenue, Artesian, SD 57314: On or about and at times prior to December 13, 2023, the Delta 10" table saw located on the mezzanine or second floor cabinetry department was not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood. This condition exposed the employees to an amputation hazard.
