29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3): Training program content. Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in the following topics, except in topics which the employer can demonstrate are not applicable to safe operation of the truck in the employer's workplace. a) On or about November 8, 2023 and at prior times, in the frac/blending tank area at Sound Resource Solutions facility located in Sheperd, TX, employees were operating forklifts without any initial training to demonstrate ability to safe operation of the powered industrial trucks (the forklifts).
