29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: Jobsite: 1. Bldg. A, rear unit: The stairway, between the first floor and mid landing and used by employees accessing the landing and second floor, was not equipped with a stairrail system along the open(left) side. 2. Bldg. B, front unit: The temporary stairway at the front entrance and used by employees accessing the front unit, was not equipped with a stairrail system along the open sides.
