29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Littlejohn Grain, Inc. - Westfield, Illinois: On or about February 22, 2023, employees were exposed chemical hazards including but not limited to: Diesel, Gas, Cool Gard II, Mobil Fleet 15w40, SAE 80W Gear Oil, Re-Lion Cutting and Tapping Fluid, Acetylene, and HY-Bard Transmission Fluid, and the employer had not developed, implemented, and maintained at the workplace a written hazard communication program, which described how the criteria for paragraph (f) labels and other forms of warning, (g) safety data sheets, and (h) employee information and training would be met.
