29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i)(D): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by elevation of 2.44 m (8.0 ft) or more above the floor or other working surface. On or about June 15, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were working in proximity to unguarded 480-Volt energized electrical conductors within the forklift charging area and the press machine panels on the mezzanine, exposing the employees to the hazard of electrical shock, burns or electrocution.
