29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Spray Finishing: Employees engaged in spray finishing and sanding operations are required to use hazardous chemicals and substances, including, but not limited to, lacquer thinner, IVM Hardener, IVM clear matt acrylic topcoat, IVM P.U. thinner and wood products. The employer did not develop and maintain a written hazard communication program, thus exposing employees to chemical hazards, on or about 2/5/20.
