29 CFR 1910.1027(d)(1)(i): Each employer who has a workplace or work operation covered by this section shall determine if any employee may be exposed to cadmium at or above the action level: On or about October 10, 2018, at 3665 E Industrial Way, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, employees were performing welding, flux tipping and milling operations using metal pieces and working on surfaces which contain Cadmium, and the employer did not perform exposure monitoring to assess hazards and Cadmium exposure associated with these operations.
