29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) Facility The employer did not implement a written respiratory program for employees required to wear respirators such as, but not limited to, 3M 6200 half mask, negative pressure and Gerson 1730 filtering facepiece respirators while conducting welding and paint stripping activities. Violation occurred on or about 12/03/2018.
