29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points. On or about August 9, 2018 and times prior, the employer did not protect flexible cords from accidental damages underneath metal cages in the suspension area and in between shelves of metal parts in area 10 of the South Plant.
