29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a) On or about 6/13/2018, In the facility: Employees required to perform diagnostic testing on energized equipment were not provided with training such as, but not limited to the recognition and avoidance of electrical hazards, proper PPE selection and use, and requirements of NFPA 70E. Abatement certification is required for these items.
