29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the following means: a. On or about April 9, 2018 and at times thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard while working at loading docks 3 and 4 due to damaged 120 volt receptacle boxes. b. On or about April 9, 2018 and at times thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical shock and/or arc flash hazard while working near the northeast corner of the building due to an unprotected 208-220 volt contactor switch for the gate.
