29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Employee(s) working in an area where there is potential exposure to airborne lead at any level were not informed of the contents of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025: 900 Jeffco Executive Drive, Imperial: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions. The employees who are exposed to lead at any level are not informed of the contents of Appendices A and B of the lead standard. On 11/07/2017 an employee who was the "trainer" was exposed to airborne lead at twice the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 50 micrograms of lead per cubic meter of air as determined by personal air sampling conducted by OSHA. The exposure level obtained was 110 micrograms of air borne lead per cubic meter of air calculated on 8-hour time weighted average basis. Sampling was conducted for 306 minutes. Similar personal air sampling of managerial personnel obtained an exposure level of 4 micrograms per cubic meter of air. The employees who used the facilities were exposed to airborne lead level at a minimum of 4 micrograms of airborne lead per cubic meter of air as determined by personal air sampling of management personnel. An area sampling of the range captured airborne lead level of 300 micrograms of airborne lead per cubic meter of air. The employees were not provided required information on the contents of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025.
