29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites: a) On or about 5/9/2017, At the jobsite: Employees were utilizing an electric wet saw to cut masonry block on an upper floor, there was no ground fault circuit interrupter or assured grounding conductor program in use. b) On or about 5/9/2017, At the jobsite: Employees were utilizing an electric cement mixer on a middle floor, there was no ground fault circuit interrupter or assured grounding conductor program in use. c) On or about 5/9/2017, At the jobsite: Employees were utilizing a hand held electric blower on the roof, there was no ground fault circuit interrupter or assured grounding conductor program in use. Abatement certification is required for these items.
