29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about April 20 2017 at 63 Pierce Rd, Winder GA 30680 a) Building C - Employees were engaged in detailing cars using extension cords to provide power to equipment including but not limited to steam cleaners, portable light fixtures, vacuum cleaners and polishers. b) Building D - Employees were engaged in detailing cars using extension cords to provide power to equipment including but not limited to steam cleaners, portable light fixtures, vacuum cleaners and polishers. c) Building D - Yellow flexible cord was installed at the top of the electrical panel providing power to the lighting and electrical outlets. A section of conduit was missing between an LB and the panel enclosure.
