29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) On or about February 21, 2017, building 1, in the middle of the wall, the disconnect panel box was missing three breakers. Employees work and operate equipment such as the Miller welders in this building by turning it on and off at the panel daily. Employees exposed to an electrical shock hazard. b) On or about February 21, 2017, building 1, near the exit door, the disconnect panel box was missing a breaker. Employees use the panel to operate lights and equipment daily from this panel. Employees exposed to an electrical shock hazard.
