29 CFR 1910.146(k)(3): Retrieval systems or methods to facilitate non-entry rescue were not used whenever an authorized entrant entered a permit space: a) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110- Anodizing: Employees did not use retrieval systems including, but not limited to, a full body harness and a retrieval line used in such a manner to facilitate non-entry rescue, when entering anodizing tanks to clean and service the tanks, on or about 2/3/2017. b) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110- Foundry: Employees did not use retrieval systems including, but not limited to, a full body harness and a retrieval line used in such a manner to facilitate non-entry rescue, when entering the furnace pit for cleaning, on or about 2/10/2017. c) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110- Foundry: Employees did not use retrieval systems including, but not limited to, a full body harness and a retrieval line used in such a manner to facilitate non-entry rescue, when entering the casting pit for cleaning, on or about 2/10/2017.
