29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i)(A): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by providing a guardrail system. On or about 01/17/2017, at the Eddy Packing Inc. facility located in Yoakum Texas, the employer failed to provide a guardrail system on a walking-working surface located next to the Thermosiphon V-21 exposing employees to falling hazards.
