29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a/ The employer is failing to protect employees from arc flash and or electrocution hazards. This condition was last observed on and about 05/05/16, at 16051 MO-HWY 47, Marthasville, MO 63357. Inside of Building #1, three General Electric 60 AMP Disconnect Boxes are installed on a live, 480 volt, Middle Row Bus Duct. The exposed employee is not trained in the safety-related work practices pertaining to this work.
