29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: On or about January 11, 2016, in the maintenance department, the employer failed to ensure the work rests were adjusted not more than one eighth of an inch away from the abrasive wheel. Employees exposed to the hazard of being caught between the wheel and work rest.
