29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a) On or about April 22, 2015, the employer did not ensure that an employee exposed to electrical hazards while performing work on or near energized parts was trained in electrical safety-related work practices. An employee was exposed to electrical-related injuries in that safe work practices were not employed when changing fuses and verifying power on the 480 volt disconnect on the Bellevue 7 hydraulic press.
