29 CFR 1915.56(b)(2): Welding cable was not free from damage or splices for a minimum distance of 10 feet from the cable end to which the electrode holder was connected: (a) On or about March 31, 2015, in the fabrication shop, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from welding cables that were not taped within 10 feet of the cable end and the electrode holder. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
