29 CFR 1910.179(e)(4): Bridge truck(s) were not equipped with sweep(s) which extended below the top of the rail and projected in the front of the truck wheel(s). On or about August 28, 2014, rail sweeps were not installed on overhead bridge cranes to include but not limited to the P & H 7.5 Ton Overhead Bridge Crane, Serial # 6708, C-01, and the P & H Overhead crane, C-05, exposing employees to struck by hazards.
