29 CFR 1910.266(h)(1)(i): Trees were felled in a manner that created a hazard for an employee: (a) Felling Area: A 17 3/4 inch diameter Poplar tree was felled into another Poplar tree approximately 35 feet away resulting in the tree being pulled to the ground by the dozer operator which created a spring pole and a hazard to the feller, as determined on or about June 17, 2014.
