29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about June 10, 2014 at 120 McArthur Road, Marble Hill, GA: Employees accessing electrical panels were exposed to an electrical shock and burn hazard: a) the electrical panel in the main fabrication and sanding area had a breaker opening that was not filled. b) the electrical panel at the far end of the fabrication and sanding area had breaker openings that were not filled.
