29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: (a) Buchman Lumber Company, throughout the facility; Live electrical parts in cabinets and boxes did not have covers on equipment, such as, but not limited to: (1) Main Office Building; The breaker box in the bathroom had a missing breaker slot that was not covered with a blank, and (2) Sawmill Building; The electrical cabinet in the MCC room had a cover removed above the 10hp hydraulic motor control switch, and (3) Old Planer Building; The feed table control junction box was missing a cover.
