29 CFR 1910.219(p)(1): Power transmission equipment was not kept in good working condition: (a) The shaft ends of the transfer roller casing was rubbing on the cover, cutting a hole in the cover in two places and creating a spark and fire hazard; (b) The chain and sprockets on a roller casing was rubbing on the metal cover cutting into the cover and creating a spark and fire hazard; and (c) The cover over the chain and gears on the roller casing coming from the edge saw had sharp edges that created a hazard.
