29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): Workplace labeling. Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer shall ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with either: At the site, in the quality control lab and in various other locations such as maintenance, employees used containers, which are not labeled to show the identity, or the hazard chemical such as but not limited to Butoxyethanol, Sodium Metasilicate, Sodium silicate, exposing employees to contact and inhalation hazards.
