29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective. a. On or about 6/12/12, at the carpentry shop, Bradford Marine, Inc. An employee was exposed to an electrical hazard while working with a drill press (Rockwell, Serial # 15655) that lacked a ground prong on its attachment plug. b. On or about 7/5/12, at the fiberglass shop, Bradford Marine, Inc. An employee was exposed to an electrical hazard while working with a battery charger (Powerwise) that lacked a ground prong on its attachment plug.
