(b)Date of Violation:02/04/10 Location:Hangar Equipment:Toyota Forklift, Model: #42-5F620, Serial, #405FG25-10707 Condition:A liquid petroleum gas powered forklift was not equipped with a seat belt. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to install and utilize a restraint system in accordance with the current version of American Standards Institute (ANSI) B56.1,"Safety Standard for Powered Industrial Trucks," and American Society of Mechanical Engineers(ASME) B56.1-2000, "Safety Standard for Low Lift and High Lift Trucks."
