29 CFR 1910.119(l)(1): The employer did not establish and implement written procedures to manage changes (except for "replacements in kind") to process chemicals, technology, equipment, and procedures; and, changes to facilities that affect a covered process: (a)Styro-Tech LLC at 5005 Lima St., Denver, CO 80239: On and before May 18, 2010 the employer did not establish and implement a written procedure to manage changes to process technology, equipment, and procedures such as but not limited to changing the isopentane supply tank. A new isopentane supply tank was installed in 2007 and no documentation management of change document was prepared. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Sample Abatement Certification Letter").
