29 CFR 1910.272(g)(1)(iii): The atmosphere within a bin, silo, or tank in the grain handling facility was not tested for oxygen content prior to employee entry: On or about February 25, 2025, and before at the worksite located at 34 Kelly Road, Buffalo, MO 65622 employees were exposed to suffocation, poisoning from toxic gases, and explosion hazards while conducting grain handling activities. Employees entered a steel grain bin without first testing the atmosphere within the bin to ensure a safe oxygen level.
