29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1):The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: (a) Former Hotel Property at 677 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 - On or about December 20th, 2024, Concrete Construction Company did not establish a written exposure control plan for respirable crystalline silica. Employees were exposed to respirable crystalline silica during the demolition of silica containing concrete materials using mechanical methods. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
