29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6): a) Jobsite: 2250 E Cambria St, Philadelphia, PA 19134 - On or about August 17, 2024, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while erecting a scaffold approximately 6 inches from a 13.2kv overhead power line with no protective measures to prevent contact.
