29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): The employer did not ensure procedures were developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in servicing and maintenance of equipment: On or about April 26, 2024: Employee(s) emptying a flat storage area at or about 101 North Franklin Street, Brunswick, Nebraska were exposed to engulfment and struck by hazards. The employer had employee(s) performing maintenance, cleaning, and clearing jams of grain handling equipment without developing specific lock out tagout procedures for each piece of equipment.
